Separated north-south by Portage Avenue, the West End and Wolseley are two of Winnipeg’s most charming neighbourhoods. Wolseley’s housing demand remains high, namely due to its walkability (giving it an almost small town feel), closeness to the Assiniboine River, and access to main avenues– Westminster and Wolseley – that feature numerous popular shops and cafes. Century old houses with enormous curb appeal, trails along the Assiniboine River, and neighbours who are passionate about their community.

Polo Park mall, is also considered part of the neighbourhood, and is a hub for breweries, hotels, and even more eateries.
